Ways to this:
- eat at home more-
veggies
whole grains
soy or fat free milk
lean meats
more water, less coffee - gym every day
20minutes cardio, minimum- EVERY DAY
free weights- back, shoulders, arms, legs
i want to tone my ass, thighs, back, shoulders
This can happen. If I can be size 8 by graduation then I’ll be nice and trim for photos and for our cruise. :)
