Melatonin
is my new best friend. used it the last two nights and i’ve slept so much better.
although, i may only go to an every other night usage, i’m still a bit drowsy today… like i didnt get to sleep the full amount of time my body wanted to. So maybe an every other night thing will balance me out better.
